'Living The Dream'.Goat and Monkey have had the pleasure of working with the National Youth Theatre on A Little Neck. Following this, one of the team directed NYT and Ideas Tap actors in a new site piece for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai. Living The Dream was a huge success with visits from Sir Patrick Stewart and the Rt Hon Tony Blair.
The piece was performed in 'real time',London's Southbank became Athens and the UK pavillion in Shanghai became the dreamlike forest. As characters left Athens they would appear in the forest and vice versa through use of pico projections, laptops and song. Pictures and clips to follow.
Goat and Monkey are currently working as Creative Consultants at Hampton Court Palace as part of 'Henry VIII: heads and hearts'. We have developed an exciting new element of audience experience in the Tudor route of the palace with the Historic Royal Palaces team.
